Shipping

We offer free shipping on most purchases and currently ship to all 50 states. However shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico will have additional shipping fees.

Once your payment is complete, most orders will ship the same or the next business day via USPS/FedEx/UPS. Shipping is on business days (Monday through Friday).

Once your item ships, we'll send you a tracking number to track your order online. Shipping time is location dependent and usually takes 3-7 business days from the order's shipping date. If you'd like to use a faster shipping method, please contact us for a quote.

We ship to your registered PayPal address so please double check that the info is current.

Payment

We accept all major credit cards through PayPal. Payments are PayPal verified.

Using PayPal allows you to shop online freely with a 100% buyer protection. PayPal supports Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express among others.

Returns

We are committed to providing you with the highest level of customer service and we make it our #1 priority! If you wish to return parts of / or your entire order for any reason, please contact our customer service team by clicking on "contact seller" to request an RMA.

Econotone Inc. will accept any returns on un-opened or un-used items, in original packaging only, unless the product itself was defective or damaged.

Econotone Inc. reserves the right to decide whether to exchange or submit a refund, based on a case-by-case scenario. All RMA requests must be submitted by email within 7 days of delivery. Once an RMA has been issued it remains valid for 10 Business days, if a return is received beyond that time there will be an additional 5% deduction.  After 30 days we will be unable to honor the RMA.

Please do not return nor refuse packages without prior authorization. All returns of unclaimed or refused packages without prior authorization will be subject to a minimum $5.00 shipping charge (for shipping expense incurred with our free shipping) plus a 20% restocking fee.

Please note that Econotone Inc. has a free shipping policy on most items, so if you are returning an item for any reason, there will be a deduction of $5.00 to cover the shipping expense that we incurred, unless the reason for returning is due to a product defect, picking error or shipping mishap.

Econotone Inc. may charge a 20% restocking fee on orders that are being returned for reasons other than a defect, determined fairly on a case-by-case basis.
