Returns & Exchanges

At eBulb.com we try our level best to accommodate any return and exchange request from our clients. In case there is any issue with the shipped products or delivery, we would be happy to offer return and exchange for them according to the following policy:

1. All return requests must be submitted by e-mail within 7 days of delivery.

2. It is mandatory that all returns must arrive in their original packaging. In such cases, the client will be charged for all freight cost for the return of goods.

3. eBulb.com will only accept returns on unused and unopened bulbs in their original packaging.

4. eBulb.com reserves the right to decide whether to exchange or submit a refund, based on a case-by-case scenario.

5. eBulb.com will, at its own judgment, may replace or approve a refund for any damaged or wrong items including applicable shipping charges if we find an error shipping your order or it was damaged in shipment at or end. However, the clients must note any obvious damage, shortage, or incorrectly shipped item while receiving the goods at the time of delivery and they must make all claims for replacement or credit within 2 weeks of delivery date.

6. All returns, unclaimed or refused packages without prior authorization, will be subject to a minimum $5.00 shipping charge plus a 20% restocking fee, unless the reason for returning is due to a product defect, picking error or shipping mishap.
